Shadowrun: Dark Ages
This unnerving weapon is carved from still living wood banded in cold iron. It’s unclear how old the item is but its style is certainly not modern. Cradling the bow against bare flesh results in an odd tingling sensation and the bow felt almost sticky, but without any obvious liquid. Careful inspection revealed that the tingling sensation was caused by thousands of exrtmely fine filaments attachingt he bow weakly to the bare skin. Despite this, Deputy Sherrif Struman was captivated by the weapon and he persisted in using it even so far as deliberately practicing with it against his bare skin. With time, the filaments grew further into his skin and eventually up into his left eye and even his brain, making these bits of him both more, and less, than human and completing its bond with him.
This item has bonded with Deputy Sherrif Struman granting him the equivalent of a cybereye with smarklink and a smartgun when using this item. It also grant low light vision, flare compensation and can record visuals.
